Working with gel plates is fresh, fast and playful! Placing simple paper stencils and masks allows you to try different compositions, and the thin paint application makes for quick drying and layering — allowing you to move with your thoughts, learning from one piece to the next. You’ll be having so much fun playing with shapes and colours you might forget you’re building/refreshing/deepening your design chops!

Working from the comfort of your own home/studio, you’ll connect with fellow collagers through group discussions and real-time exercises during each class, as well as working on a project on your own time between classes.
We will be on the easy-to-use Zoom online meeting platform.

The course is accompanied by a private Facebook Group where you can upload your finished or in-progress homework, plus see and comment on your fellow classmates’ work. It’s a lively, collegial safe space to share your work, and I offer comments on all work posted.

Recordings of live sessions are made available to all participants, so if you can't make the live time slot, you can watch it later.

Video-only Version: $99.00
The only difference is that you don't join us for the live Zoom class, but rather watch the video replay, which I make available to all enrolled students shortly after each class. You're able to join the private Facebook group (for sharing, support and feedback with/from your fellow students as well as me) and you can email me one or two questions a week to be addressed during class if desired.
